Settlement of Karbalayi Husayn and Zahra Khanum, 1897
Karbalayi Husayn, the son of ‘Abd Allah, has sold one year's use of the water from parts of a qanat in the village of Milan to Zahra Khanum in exchange for three tumans and the settlement fee of seven thousand and two hundred dinars (1897); this contract has been renewed twice, for a one-year period each time, in 1898 and 1900, with a settlement fee of four tumans.

The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement.
